I have a virtual assistant company that focuses on helping real estate investors and agents.

My main focus is the I5 corridor from Everett to Blaine but I'll take a deal wherever it leads me. 

For the time being I don’t have any properties, but was planning diving back in 2018 and focusing on mostly in small to medium multifamily properties.

What areas are you looking at focusing your properties? 

I'm currently working a 9-5 job in mid management, but looking to one day quit the rat race and hopefully focus on REI full time. 

Let's try this again...A property management company that I've been using for almost three years has decided to focus on residential sales, so they're selling off their property management arm to Renters Warehouse.

By focusing on out of state investing in my hometown I’ll have a few things going my way.

Before actively pursuing deals and talking to brokers you should already have in place a team of professionals (RE Attorney, REI focused CPA, Property Manager, Contractor, etc) that you can refer to as your investment team when talking to them.

I'm mostly focusing on looking in Lawrenceburg to start, because it is so easily accessible, but I am very open to suggestions if you have any.

My question focuses on NOI, specifically rent.
