Hello everyone! New member here in the Bradenton/Sarasota FL area. Have spent my entire professional career in Facilities Management and will be working on my Real Estate license this year. Have previously held a single family house as an investment until selling it 2 years ago. For the time being I don’t have any properties, but was planning diving back in 2018 and focusing on mostly in small to medium multifamily properties. Looking forward to networking with local investors and professionals in the area and continue expanding on my knowledge through BP.
