We are happy to buy, but are confused.Can she sell this piece of land?

The way I see it if he doesn't pay for 2 months we are already out $900. 

We bought 6 years ago and now we are sitting on a lot of equity - about 1.4 million. 

We are experienced in both SFR and Multi-family management and can handle everything you want. 

Right now everyone is pitching real estate because we are back to ATH since the bubble.

We are kinda in a rush because I’ll rental lease is up in 6 months’ and we need the space.

I know we are grown and "can do whatever you want with your earnings", but one thing I see a lot on youtube, forums and such, is the omission (knowingly or unknowingly) of advice to young investors who have earned their first deal cheque or after theyve done a few deals.Im curious to hear some perspectives. 

There is a PRO, Premier, and Enterprise - I don't think I need the enterprise version though.

We will definitely check further into the laws but just want to make sure we are not out of line with our requests!

We are currently looking to buy single family homes with at least 2 bedrooms and over 1000 sq ft in good school districts that we can rehab, add value and flip.
