You have a great newly remodeled house in a nice neighborhood that will likely attract good tenants, and you screen them to validate income, credit history, references, etc.

As Paul said the Eastern Mass REIA would be a good one for you to check out.  

Going a little more north there is Eastern Mass REIA in Rockland (used to have a 2nd meeting in Taunton but don't think they have been doing that one for a while).  

But schools like Villa Nova, Widener, Eastern, I've had friends at those schools who all have cars and drive to class every day.
