True....if the OP is concerned about the tenant coming back and claiming residence.If the cost of eviction in Oklahoma is expensive, they might consider attempting to contact the wife one more time and explain what an eviction might do to her credit history and thus it would be better for her to simply sign off the lease and allow her husband to sign a new one.Gail

Going a little more north there is Eastern Mass REIA in Rockland (used to have a 2nd meeting in Taunton but don't think they have been doing that one for a while).
