so I have been listening to the pod cast for about 2 months and I finished the UBG to real estate investing and I'm figuring out a plan I have a while before I start because I am only 20 and have no credit and saving up for a down payment on my first SFR but I guess I'd just really like some advise from people who have been doing deals I'm planning on becoming a real estate agent and learn my local market but I'm finding time putting hours of research in every day I think I have watched every single video but I cant wait to get started and learn even more as I go :)
