Hello BP Community 

I am new to the whole Real Estate Investing world. I live in rural area of Wake,VA about hour east of Richmond,VA. I have been listening to podcast and videos. My next step would be joining a REIA group in area. I am interested in wholesaling, renovating and rental properties. I'm just unsure which one to start with. Can anyone point in direction of finding nearest REIA group and any other newbie tips they can share?
