Other methods are driving for dollars, door knocking, wholesalers, wholesaler deals that fell through, craigslist, Realtors, FSBO sites, expired listings, put out bandit signs, billboards, newspapers, other offline publications, home health care, hospice, assisted living facilitiesYou can use pay per click/adwords, motivated seller website with SEO, facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, and other forms of online and social media marketing.

I am more than willing to be someone’s virtual assistant, manager, envelope stuffer, and etc in exchange for expertise.I am super excited to be amongst such talent and expertise in the field.

I am being told that the closing costs can be wrapped into a second mortgage in Texas via "first time home buyers assistance program" that is forgiven after a 3 year period.

I'm primarily looking for down payment assistance so I can purchase more in a shorter period of time.  

@Audrey Van I am surprised the tenant has not been able to qualify for rent assistance or unemployment to pay rent.

I'm lucky to not have any tenants that aren't paying their rent due to Covid-19 reasons, but I've been seeing a lot of emails from various county governments offering financial assistance for Colorado residents.
