How are successful fix and flip investors advertising??

Hello Bigger Pockets. I just completed a great fix and flip in Tacoma Washington and I’m looking to scale up. I’m wondering how are successful fix and flip investors advertising?? Where do you see most results?? Hoping to hear some creative ways to get the word out!! Anything helps, any input on how you get deals consistently or calls consistently! Thanks again. Radio is surprisingly one of the best options for fix and flip, buy with cash investors if you want to scale up, but if you open that door you have to have the systems and callers and responders to back it up. The best thing about radio is that every lead is warm to hot or they wouldn't bother calling. To scale up, you don't want more leads, you want better leads.
