my daughter is getting ready to go the same route - what is your main area of interest in real estate?

The guy who helped us get in our car after daughter locked the keys inside told me that locks are just to keep honest people honest.

I am 33 yrs old, married, have a beautiful 21/2 year old daughter with anotherone on the way.

My daughters boyfriend works for one and they usually buy 20 to 30 houses a week for flipping, all in the Inland Empire.

So he went to Canada got his 13 yr old daughter (who lives with the divorced mother) & went to Social Services crying the single parent blues.

This year my daughter used her pay check to help with her college tuition, my son used his to pay part of his private school bill.Just think if you could cover 100% of the expenses you now pay out of pocket with after tax dollars, how much money would you really need to make a year in salary?

As you probably inferred,  I am active duty military and had hoped to stay in NC because that's where I will be investing, but it is much better for my wife and daughter to be close to the rest of my family so we are heading back home.
