The reason being is when I got into Wholesaling one of the first lessons taught was NOT to tell the address because they will try to go around you and steal your deal.

Saying you are "an investor" has many negative aspects, investors have a bad reputation, they attempt to steal deals and low ball sellers.

Anson make sure in mice type at the bottom to put:Solicitation not meant to interfere with properties currently listed for sale by another brokerage.This will eliminate calls from angry brokers saying you are trying to steal their listing etc.
