First mailout ever!

Anson make sure in mice type at the bottom to put:

Solicitation not meant to interfere with properties currently listed for sale by another brokerage.

This will eliminate calls from angry brokers saying you are trying to steal their listing etc.

They might not have had it listed yet when you were mailing these out but fixing too.

Depending on your state the success is getting to them BEFORE the others mail out.So if you can pull a list at the courthouse if that is done in your state then you get a jump on the others using a service (sometimes a week or two).

If you can land first contact you have a higher chance of getting the listing.
