Hey BP,With rising interest rates, and Trump's proposed tax plan to cap or eliminate the mortgage interest deduction, are you expecting prices to fall?

But if it needs that much work I don't know how to approach the pricing.Plans could be to keep it & rent it out and thus benefit from quickly rising house values in the long term as well, or to re-hab it & sell it.

I would only take the yard size into consideration if I plan on allowing my tenants to have pets. 

OOS investing for me wouldn't be a matter of looking at something online and cutting someone a check, it would be more about finding an area I really really like, doing exhaustive research on any possible partners I'd considering working with and spending a considerable amount of time in that area vetting projects in people.

He's sharp as a whip and an investor himself, so he knows what considerations you should be thinking about. 

This is a great way for Bay Area folks to learn what's on the rise.

What type of loan to use and how much to put down are big considerations with interest rates up a little bit.
