Recommendation for Real Estate Agent in Bay Area (for investor)
Hi everyone,
Can anyone recommend a proven and reputable real estate agent in the Bay Area who works regularly with investors? Someone who ideally owns some investment properties themselves and understands cash flow and what matters to investors. Ideally, somebody who has a track record of getting investors good off-market deals.
I'm open to all parts of the Bay, but particularly interested in an agent who focuses on the Peninsula (anywhere between Daly City and San Jose). If you have suggestions for agents who focus on the East Bay, those are welcome too.
I am looking at buying a triplex, 4-plex, or 5+ plex apartment building (not as much interested in commercial leasing space, but feel free to recommend if you know someone).
Your help is much appreciated.
With gratitude,
Adam

Adam,
@Ryan Landis is a realtor on the Peninsula and also an investor himself. Maybe @Anthony Addessi is willing to share his realtor with you. He invests in Redwood City and Daly City. I understand @Arlen Chou has a good realtor for the East Bay.
Based on what I have seen, agents are salespersons. They'll send all the deals your way. Off-market deals don't mean they're good deals. It's your job to dissect and identify the value.
