I’m sure I’ll pick a lot of this up as I read and research but I appreciate any help I can get along the way since I am brand new to the process. 

I joined a large broker at the start of my career and it was great to make those connections and learn the processes before I switched to a smaller firm (with a friendlier split)! 

But I'd like to be positioned to continue investing in vacation rentals if we can build a good team and process around the first one.
