The good thing is, I've been told, is that a majority of the CDW is all 1/2", meaning the ceiling drywall does not need to be replaced.

Property taxes now have some ceilings in place and the walker administration has been landlord friendly but this also competes with local ordinances which I believe are a little more tenant friendly in the milwaukee area.
