My biggest question wholesaling vacant homes is how do you set an appointment to look inside?

Key point, i have been setting up appointments like cake work and scheduling rides.

As far as the owner not showing up for the appointment....just be persistent. 

She has her private therapist office there and only works there m-F when she had appointments with clients.

And than you run a sales appointment and the home owners are going on and on with an architectural digest out how they want this elaborate $220k kitchen reno and than say there budget is $35k, can you make it happen, you NEED to make it happen, because they can't settle for anything less than Brazillian Walnut cabinets and Italian Marble c-tops....
