How do i know my home inspector is doing what he/she is suppose to do & is there a way i can get a "boot on the ground" oversea?

Seeing that virtually everyone bought in when they were supposed to no one else has bought in. 

The million elderly people cited by the study, who've possibly lived their entire life in one community, are just supposed to pack up everything and move to some cheaper city?

I am buying a house with all cash, which is supposed to close soon, title search is being done now.

But if we are supposed to have these three days in advance...will that automatically delay closing three days?

Most of my local financing wants you to fly a major flag, but I suppose the independents probably can do well in SF. 

I suppose logically I should have come to the conclusion that when sellers are having difficulty selling retail, or rental owners are experiencing more expenses, there would be increased opportunity for wholesalers.

Its like a contradiction of the supposed protections of the LLC.

You can get a fast short sale close, I suppose, but I have never heard of one happening before.

Don't suppose you know why they are selling?
