We ended up stuck in the middle of a deal.

For example, knowing that my market is pretty expensive and most retail buyers need a loan, I tend to target what i call aspirational properties which are properties that fall somewhat between upper middle income and upper income.

Now, I'm focused on South East markets, which are still in expansion phase. 

Also, here on the East Coast a tiled living room floor would look a little strange, unlike in, say, the Southwest.

It is near Rockhurst but East of Paseo so I have some hesitation about this area and don't really believe that $1200/mnth is correct.  

Unfortunately, that V takes place in the middle of the peak season.
