I have a unique situation where I may be medically retired from my government job due to an on the job injury (back surgery/nerve damage) I am still able to do physical things but may not be able to stay in the job based upon it's requirments (Law Enforcement).

All of this the government said for food and rent so people wouldn't be evicted.

The fourth is a government program that takes 2 months to receive rents so I won't get the rent until September, and the last one is an offer I gave the tenant that if she paid rent on time every month I would give her the last month for free.

They think the government is going to bail them out.

I'd want a lot of clarity regarding ownership rights such as whether or not the government is going to require an Emirati partner or I have the ability to control my own destiny.  

And does not receive any government checks.

But the Coronavirus and government-mandated shutdowns remain a factor clouding the data.

You should be able to answer all of these questions honestly.  1) Landlord or Real estate holding company2) Zero3) Whatever you think your losses are related to COVIDKeep in mind, you are dealing with the government so you never know what might happen. 

Federal, State and Local governments have some serious holes to plug.
