Total newbie looking to learn and invest in Philippines

Broderic Dytoc
Posted

Hi everyone, my name is Broderic and I am based in the Philippines. I've worked in consulting, performing arts and e-commerce. I would say I'm a very numbers type of guy but I have 0 real estate experience. I took huge interest in real estate upon discovering Brandon Turner's book, Rental Property Investing. Would love to connect with people I can learn from, especially in the Philippines, and absorb as much info and guidance as I can to get started on what seems to be a very rewarding journey. Thank you!

@Lope Encarnacion thanks for you help. I should really look into the Manila market more. The political aspect makes it hard for me to commit. For example one week you here no more POGOs and the next week you hear “more POGOs”. I strongly believe POGO’s are driving residential rates pretty high so that’s a big factor in what rent rates are.
