Books that teaches the correct information about taxes and / or the government part about investing in real estate.

When we speak of options it's almost always about the "American Option" but there is the "European Option" (nothing to do with Europe and is used in the States) that only allows the purchase at the end of the option term during a purchase "window".

I am seeking to learn more about Real Estate Investing and ways to invest in property the government provides tax incentives.  

Basically OPRA states that government records shall be readily accessible to the public.

Of course this is dependent on the willingness of the governments of those nations to allow capital fight. 

Some investors over think it though, little knowledge could be dangerous sometimes.For the paint, kinda, if you have Benjamin Moore there, a little more expensive, Top quality, most government entity use it, including military, now we know how picky they are.

Dealing with the government in regards to welfare recipients is not necessarily a guarantee of payment depending on how the system is run in your area.

Ask the property owner... hopefully they have a copy of the as-built drawings/surveys.As for those docs being on file with the governing municipality... no cut and dry answer on that.  

Will Track Secret Buyers of Luxury Real EstateIf you buy Luxury RE in a LLC the government is now requiring title companies to discover your identity.Question: how long before everybody that buys RE in a LLC will be tracked, luxury or not?

Despite the fact that building permits are not needed for the trailers, I would expect to get a lot of push back from both government and neighbors for a project of this scope.
