Would likely be breakeven at BEST - however as Alex said above if you can find one that lets you self rent that could make a difference.$22k net on $190k investment = 11.5% CoCR, which is good but you can achieve higher

We are getting conflicting opinions from different CPAs. 

@Stuart Tollison, no matter what the market is doing there are always good deals out there.I mainly invest in Utah County but I have rentals in six different counties in Utah.Here is what I have learned:1.

There are plenty, and happy to give projections via email, Orlando is different to beach or ski resort markets, and bedroom count in Orlando is king, coupled with a solid HOA.

Valuations prior to establishing residency is tax at different rate.

It is different than simple LTR or STR.  

So now myself, along with every other land lord I'm sure, will be raising rents to cover as much of the difference as possible...

Now depending on where and how much you are all in can make a difference.
