Sorry to hear about it, Cameron....While it is highly controversial, many of the major US corporations (and one Republican front-runner, I believe) have used tools like efficient breach, bankruptcy, deed in lieu of foreclosure and short sales....

It is all approved by bank and sellers but we wrote our corporation as the Buyers but did not put the "and or assigns" clause in.
