Then when you have a plumbing rough in inspection that passes you can release those funds.One thing to watch out for is "Front Loading" where the contractor will inflate say the demo category to have more funds released up front to help them fund the job.

One thing to note that some are 8ft tall meaning it will be difficult to load when you have the doors shut and need to throw things over head into the dumpster.

If there are quality plans on file, it would be fairly easy to tell if it is load bearing or not and they will be able to tell you if you need an engineer's opinion or not in order for you to obtain a permit for the work and pass an inspection.
