By the end of this year I intend to have 3 properties total.I am a former Marine, current student at the University of Pittsburgh majoring in Finance, and work at the University with veterans. 

I'm a veteran planning to use a VA loan for the first property, how soon could I buy another?

Hopefully some veterans who have bought at these auctions can share their experiences.

I've had to push back the photographer twice now and I'm afraid getting deeper in to winter it is going to get harder to sell.

I am a photographer and full-time photoshop retoucher.

First the back story.I am a veteran, I bought my first house as a VA loan and currently I am just under break even on the property.

She's a 26 year veteran and is my "go-to" lender for just about everything. 

I don't have a down payment but am eligible to use my VA Home Loan because I am a veteran.

Veteran here and have used this clause before during a PCS.https://codes.findlaw.com/tx/p...TLDR :  if the orders are legit, PM for further info if needed for ensuring the legitimacy of orders, then the last day of the following month after official notification they are released from the lease, minus damages.  

They were taken with a cell phone, not by a professional photographer, and not using fusion photography which is standard in our market.
