Hotels still account for 85% of all total stays.After all of the buzz the last couple of years, one would have thought that STRs took over half of the market share, and according to the headlines that is about to come crashing down.Jamie Lane, Chief Economist of AirDNA recently spoke to this on a podcast.

No, you prepare the 30 day notice to quit month to month tenancy, tape it to the door of the property and take a picture of it on the door.

If the syndication has a well thought out business plan, with a successful sponsor, using good debt and in a good market, then I would say that is a superior investment. 

I also thought there used to be market analysis under insights. 

What are your thoughts during these current times.

I hadn’t even thought of purchasing the properties separately.

If your insurance coverage isn't enough, they could seize the LLC assets, but not your personal assets.Additional thoughts:1.
