The moss is thoroughly sprayed with a treatment product to kill it.

They must complete their due diligence by the end of your inspection period.Always thoroughly research what other pitfalls you may be missing and ask your lawyers if there's any loopholes you aren't catching.

I have a sheet I use that I can send you that is pretty thorough.
