Best Way to Get Smoke Smell Out of House?

Hi All!

What's the best way to get smoke smell out of a house? We've replaced the carpets and painted, and I'm going to get the air ducts thoroughly cleaned. I've also wiped down all the surfaces in the house to get off any smoke residue. Should I get and use an ozone generator too?

Any tips or tricks are much appreciated! Thank you all!

I have an ozone generator I bought online and have been using it for years to turn over units and it works great to remove permanently any kind of odor. They key is enough ozone and enough time as you need to oxidize all of the organic molecules that create the smell. A shortcut is to use a service, they have commercial size ozone machines, plus you don't have to buy the equipment.
