Account Closed Totally agree...I was in a dispute with an investor in California that was advising a newbie to acquire RE with a Staples contract...I tried to warn the newbie and provide the right guidance...seems other investor was claiming that California distributed Board approved contracts to small box retail stores...strange...Incidentally, my contract is just short of 2 pages...what clauses do you find to be the most important to your acquisition strategy?...

You need 2-3 trade lines (credit card, car loan, store card, etc.).

There a lot of vacant store fronts and no coffee shops(yet).
