It seems that there's a lot of different fund raising activity out there and lots of different opinions on what compliance really is.

Hi, Was seeing if people went a way about finding investor friendly title companies here in Richmond, VA or know any that are actively helping wholesalers close deals?

The judge already dismissed his zoning violation/rooming house accusations when we were at court first time, since i as the landlord am aware of the situation and am actively remedying it by proving a common lease to everyone. 

I have 1 more year until i'm on my way to start my "so-called" career in what I truly do have a passion for (Sports medicine).

LATER down the line once you start handling more deals, then you can think about hiring someone to do this for you so you can focus all of your time on high-income cash flow activities.
