Hi,
Was seeing if people went a way about finding investor friendly title companies here in Richmond, VA or know any that are actively helping wholesalers close deals?
Hey, I have not used them yet but I called Safe Harbor Title Company and sent them my contracts and they said all was good and they are familiar with the process. If you speak to them and they say something different please let me know.
