I’ve talked to many lenders, so far I have 3 different versions of about this 10 financed property rule. version 110 financed properties per person as long as one person take the loan on each purchase.

On one of my current deals HUD requested my bank to confirm that they actually have pulled my credit score - it's calles a comfort letter and gives the seller more certainty that the deal will go through.
