The company I've used in the past used a full wrap-around thermofoil so it made it harder for them to start peeling, which is beneficial for rental properties.When I worked in the remodeling industry we used to redo whole kitchens (20-30 cabinets) for 7-10 grand, the only problem is the doors have to be made to fit the specific cabinet which can take around a month to get cut and shipped.Obviously, if the cabinets themselves are in bad shape on the inside then its probably not worth going this route since you'll end up fixing them again, but if its just the door fronts that have to be worked on then this might be a good option for you.Might not be the best option for your case but definetely something to think about.Hope this helps

A bare bones capex budget needs to include roof 25 year life span, appliances and hot water heater 12 year life span, hvac 20 year life span, bath and kitchen remodel 20 year life span. $650 - $250=$450 less taxes and insurance of $150 per month= $300 per month clear.
