Palm Springs Fix and Flip

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $290,000
Cash invested: $144,000
Sale price: $600,000

I identified the property, ran the comps, negotiated the purchase price and managed the remodel. My investor clients contributed the funds and I brokered both the purchase and sale transactions. The property was held for a year and used as a highly successful short term rental in the interim for the 6 months after the completion of the renovation and prior to the COE.
