@Fernan Nava when I posted this, some said it was extreme, but then other states followed and things changed rapidly. 90 days no rent payments and no evictions, smhhhh I would have always worked with my tenants if the virus had affected them, and I did not need the Oregon Gov to mandate the way she did.
