Team Building in the Davenport Area

Hi Everyone,

I just created a similar post in the Quad City forum and I should post the same thing here.

I wanted to reach out to folks in the Davenport area and introduce myself. My name is Craig Herrmann and I am interested in investing in the area with a focus on multi-family rental properties. I am an architect from Massachusetts but have potential investors and business owners that live in Davenport. I'm new to real estate investing but have over 30 years of design and construction experience.

I am looking to building a team in the area and would love to hear from anyone interested in possibly working with me, or just want to introduce yourself and share what's going on with you.
