I could now reach out to them and have conversations more easily because of the value I could bring them - access to my meetup members.In the meetup, there were other experienced investors.

This can really affect your purchasing power so be careful when considering.As for finding a real estate agent in Mass, I'd be more than happy to recommend one who deals with multifamily/investment properties.
