If you are doing a flip where the kitchen or bath had to be redone, then Ikea stuff looks nice, and it would sure look better than moldy mousy cabinets and a stained sink.However, on kitchens, unless you need to change the configuration of the cabiets, you can work miracles with paint, new hardware, and new countertops.There are only a couple of times when I will remove existing cabinets, which are: They are in the wrong place.
