We live in the same $500k neighborhood and no way would he sell his primary that way.

The good news is that it makes it easier for someone who believes in investing in a neighborhood or home should be able to make a great reputation for themselves.

it's completely paid for and worth $160K and excellent neighborhood and schools. 

all the properties around the neighborhood are selling for that amount anyways so i kinda look at it as selling the house to myself, is this a fantasy or would it  actually work like that?
