We cut our own with a builder’s supply purchase 8 years ago, still looks like new and it only cost like $150 plus the saw blade (small galley style kitchen).

In fact, given the success I had on my first commercial deal (bought, rehabbed and flipped an 18000 ft light industrial building and netted $500K in 24 months), I'm not even sure I want to do residential going forward.
