I agree with Ko. my first thought was that you could try to find a small multi-family to purchase with a low down payment loan.

I know that there are low down payment loans for primary residence.

Good morning everyone, I finally completed step 0; build up my credit and save for a down payment.

For example, my Zestimate was low because it didn't know about the addition, full remodel, and garage conversion into an ADU.

I've got great credit, money to invest, and would love to chat with anyone who has ideas.

Landlord friendly, low taxes, job growth, and close to all the recreation of lake Tahoe. 

Does anyone know of any local credit unions that will do property investment mortgages in MD area?

Many PMCs will not charge if Class A property due to evictions being rare when tenant has 660+ credit scores. 

These are not actual numbers but just for illustration purposes - though look quite realistic for the market I am considering based on Zillow, FurnishedFinder and other sources.Vacancy rates for MTR are low due to an acute shortage of nurses.
