(When dealing directly with tenants) With my house hack property I have a great relationship with tenants, but wish I would’ve established certain things upfront.

Then, once you've got a home established, you could easily recycle your benefit and get another 3-5 bedroom home and do it again. 

I have a lot to learn, but, I think I may be in an area that has a lot of outside real estate investors buying property. 

It honestly has a lot to do with responsiveness, knowledge, and empathy.

You want to work with an established team to mitigate your investment risks.

I’d love to get involved with the established community and make connections.

My current primary residency has a lot to maintain.

But otherwise there's not a whole lot to be done.

You established that your previously owned STR was not manageable due to work stress, so I would question why you would want to add more STR's now while also starting a new business, or at least question if that is sustainable.

This gives me quite a lot to think through should I transition from self-management into bringing on a property manager.Thank you all so much!
