After I found a tenant (via Zillow) I am using the Cozy platform for payments and such.

Try Rocketmortgage out - it offers the simplest platform to apply and complete a mortgage.  

I also only work on platforms that are self service, so you can maintain them without having to pay a developer every time you want to update pictures or small things.

I see a lot that were typical Philly rowhomes that were converted into duplexes and then there are more small apartment style that look more legit.

You can even search different platforms like Zillow and Realtor to see how many sales an agent has completed in the past year. 

If your doing things legit, then it should be legit. 

I have been in this platform for a couple of months and I have been grinding in saving up and analyzing properties (Over 50 already, many more to come!).

Any experience working with people on platforms like Fiverr.com for accounting, marketing, data mining, etc?
