Switch to low flow shower heads, faucets and toilets to save on water and make sure there are no slow leaks.

I don't know how many times I've seen someone run over to their rental unit on a Saturday because the toilet is leaking and they plan on fixing it themselves because it will be a 'quick and easy fix'. 

@ Joe S  Texas is a non disclosure state so we don't post the purchase price anywhere just to make sure the info doesn't leak back to the county for property tax purposes.

He also said another concern is these gases leaking into the house.  

I would buy another copy if will be at some point I like the features on their iphone app.

I’d expect things to happen in there over time (furnace stops working, leaks in the roof, etc).

The inspection didn't show any issues and I didn't have a single issue until last year when we had a major storm that caused a huge power outage and several leaks to the roof.

Tenants took out a toilet bidet connected to the water supply line but didnt instal it properly as there was a leak, it flooded the bathroom, another room, the hall, and some of the kitchen.

I got a second iPhone.
