If the property is marginal or maybe barely cashflows, couldn't you sign a 2 year lease with an Airbnb host and they can pay that rent but also look after the property and then they make their money as well?

I got my primary residence ready this year to work as an STR while I'm out of town, and it's been exciting to start getting experience as a host and to see firsthand how easy it is once you get everything set up.However, I know tax season is coming and that it's important to have an accountant with experience working with real estate investors (and who preferably also invests themselves).

We love talking up and motivating others to succeed in becoming financially free through Real Estate.For the most part I believe 90-95% of the people here on BP are yearning to learn from more experienced and successful investors that already have gone down that road they want to travel.Me personally I cherish these memories of getting help and helping others since I was a guest with Brandon and Scott Trench as the hosts on Podcast 238 back in Aug of 2017.

However, we were curious on undeveloped land if things like Hip Camp and private fishing hosting etc that generate income would be sufficient to purchase the land without paying capital gains from salE Of the rental house.

I've seen where hosts on Airbnb require age of 21, 25, or 30 years old for some rentals.
