I am a new investor looking in the Chattanooga area focused on the BRRR strategy. I currently live in GA, so looking to invest across state lines. I am looking for to build a team and focused on building my Big 4 (Agent, Lender, Property Manager, Contractor). I am looking for any suggestions and referrals on whom I should meet with. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm happy to talk to anyone looking to get started in the Chatt market. As a FYI, we have a solid FB presence in Chattanooga where we do 2 monthly meetups non-REIA. Great group of investors always get together and love meeting new people.
