Where ever you decide to invest @Kristin Gibbs, it's good to see a young lady your age wanting to get involved with investing in real estate.

I just got an e mail from an attorney yesterday.. where i sold a house on CFD to an investor who turned around and resold it CFD to a single lady with four kids.. took a big up front deposit.. and of course the lady is defaulting.. so he went and pulled the water meter on her and her 4 kids..

I have a nice looking lady that cleans my 22 furnished rentals houses whenever they become unoccupied. 

Why are they interacting with your cleaning lady if they are renting?

Background, after I told the original contractor what we found in the attic, he remembered a neighbor told him, at the beginning of the remodel, there was a lot of cats in the house and the lady was a hoarder.

My lady and I are looking to purchase an investment property in the Central Florida area.

The house is 1186 sq ft, so it's not like a huge financial burden.I would ask in a flash, if the land lady hadn't just put in a new bathroom for us.This house is in her family trust, and she also owns multiple rent properties.About 150 of them.Should I ask?

These are usually very nice older lady's who are very busy doing books all day, but also love helping people and jump at every chance they get to actually speak to someone.
