Investors can search “[Insert State] Opportunity Zones Map” and I believe most, if not all states, have a website set up with a listing of all designated zones as well as a GIS map that shows all of the zones in your state.

I feel I have a strong grasp of how to fund deals, now I need to find them. before I go gungho in my search for great deals I feel the need to meet with a local lawyer.

I would think that you would have to just find a website or a google doc to use.
