Now, I’m active duty Air Force, so I can’t focus on it full-time, but I did allow it to “turbo charge” our investing.Maybe consider working the job for a few more years to ”turbo charge” your portfolio and stop working as your portfolio and cash flow are doing well.It’s not forever that you’ll be “bi-vocational” and the sacrifice you make on the front end might be well worth it in the end.I wish you all the best.

Many jobs have forever been changed to some degree to work from anywhere.

Failure is the most likely outcome even for people in the game forever.

But for some reason say REI and minds skip the entire operational aspect and leap directly to "ok, I buy a property and cash-checks, forever, awesome".

This loan will not be your forever loan, and a refinance is inevitable.

The hard part is always and forever will be the CASH needed to purchase real estate.

I have to say that the SBA loan process can take forever.

Maybe they counted them all as vacant forever  I didn’t have a 2 week vacancy in 5 years and rents rose 70-100%.
