A small manufactured house would be a sound place to live but those who want a 100 square foot backyard trailer parked on someone's property is asking too much.

Hi all, I'm curious to know how much construction costs per square foot in San Mateo (94403) for basic construction.

I work full time for an engineering firm but am looking to get my foot in the door in real estate.

The electrical needs to be completely ripped out and redone, the HVAC ducts are completely missing, the foundation is compromised (a few of the footings crumbling), the plumbing needs to be redone and brought up to code, the lighting needs to be brought up to Title 24, the lot coverage appears to be above the 25% maximum for Tahoe Regional Planning Administration.

I believe I paid 99 cents a foot.
